Q2: How many kilos is the baggage allowance:
Answer: If your booking indicates 1 pc baggage, it includes 23 kg for checked in baggage and 7 kg for hand carry. If it shows "0 pc" you only have 7 kg hand carry baggage allowance.

Answer: Just choose the” OFW ticket” in the ticket type and enter your ARC number upon booking in the app.

Answer: Yes. You can book even if you are not an OFW. Choose Non-OFW in the ticket type.
Q6: Where can I pay the flight that I booked?
Answer: You can pay it in any Family Mart branch nationwide.
Q7: How can I add more baggage?
Answer: Message us in our Facebook page so we can assist you in adding more baggage to your before booking.
Q8: How can I get my ticket?
Answer: After successful booking and payment, your e-ticket will be sent to your registered email address. Please make sure to check the inbox and spam folder of your email.
Q9: Do I need to print the ticket?
Answer: No. You can just show the e-ticket from your email upon checking in at the airport.
Q10: How can I change the date of my booked flight?
Answer: Message us in our Facebook page "Qgo Pinoy" so we can assist you in making changes on your upcoming flight.

Answer: No. The ticket is non-refundable.
